Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why do items show "Quantity In-Stock" and "Quantity Online"?


- "Quantity In-Stock" represents the inventory on hand in our Loveland, CO retail store.

- "Quantity Online" represents the inventory on hand in the vendor's warehouse.

a. If you choose to have your order shipped from the "Quantity In-Stock" inventory, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be sent via e-mail, once the order has been shipped.

b. If you choose to have your order shipped from the "Quantity Online" inventory, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days directly from the vendor. A tracking number (if available) will be sent via e-mail, once the order has been shipped.

*PLEASE NOTE: We try to keep the number of shipments, for an individual order, to a minimum. If you are ordering multiple brands and part of the order are items that show "Quantity In-Stock" and part of the order are items that show "Quantity Online", we will order ALL items from the vendor(s). We will not pull items from the store's inventory.

2. What is your Return Policy?

Returns are subject to the following:

-Uniforms and Medical Accessories:

* Returns/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

* Uniforms that have been worn, washed, or soiled may NOT be exchanged or returned.

* Uniforms that have been customized or altered may NOT be returned.

* Accessories must be returned in the orignal packaging.

-Foot Wear:

*Due to Manufacturers policies we cannot exchange or refund shoes for any reason. If you feel that a pair of shoes is defective you must return them directly to the manufacturer for inspection. If the manufacturer finds them to be defective they will replace the shoes directly to you. Manufacturers do not give us the authority to make the determination. Upon request we will provide the address for the manufacturer.

3. How can I return or exchange a web order?

You must contact customer service for a Return Authorization number for any web order returns.

*Please include your name, order number and a list of the items you would like to return. Also, please note that all requested return items must be in new, unused and unwashed condition with tags still attached. You will be emailed a Return Authorization and a Return Shipping Label. Take the package to any USPS store or drop box location. Return Shipping Charges will be deducted from your refund.

*Refunds, exchanges or store credits will not be issued until the returned merchandise is received and inspected by our returns department. Any deviation from these policies can result in a delay of your refund, exchange or store credit.

4. Can I return or exchange a web order, in-store?

You may also return or exchange your item(s) in-store. Please bring your order confirmation, item(s) that you are wanting to return or exchange and the credit card that you used for your purchase. Also, please note that all returned item(s) must be in new, unused and unwashed condition with tags still attached.
